K2 Global Limited is the UK 's largest luggage repair facility which also incorporates the Samsonite Service Centre owned and operated by K2 Global Limited.
We are the only accredited repairer for many worldwide leading brands, and ensure that all repairs comply with the product warranty of the damaged item not just luggage products, we now operate for a number of pushchair and baby buggy manufacturers too!
We complete over 25,000 repairs per year for airline clients and retail clients alike, from small independent stores to our larger store clients such as John Lewis, Selfridges and Harrods.In excess of 95% of all collected repairs are completed within 24hrs subject to parts availability.
Repairs can be collected from any UK Mainland address, also Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, alternatively you can call in person Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 (Excluding Bank and Public Holidays) for our "Walk-in" service.
